Order Policy

All of our items are brand new and been purchased from the manufacturer or authorized suppliers. However, some items may not have a sufficient seal so we will put our own seal to ensure products safety (for example: to prevent the liquid from spilling through the transit).

Order Status and tracking

We will provide you a tracking number for all the orders that have been shipped and you will be able to track them simultaneously on the corresponding shipment carrier’s website. If you still have some issue with the status, you can call us or email us using the “Contact us” information and we will be happy to update you with the order’s status.

Please note that our inventory changes daily and unfortunately sometimes the product get out of stock. We try to get all such out of stock products as soon as possible. If there is going to be an extended delay we will notify you shortly after you've placed your order.

Back Order

For multiple product/quantity orders, if we are able to get the back ordered product/quantity within short period of time, we may delay your shipping for that short period of time so that we can ship out your entire order together. However if there is an longer delay in procuring these, then we will ship out a part of your order that is available in stock while the remainder of the order will ship out as soon as we get the product back in stock at no extra shipping cost to you.

Auto Refill

Do you keep forgetting to place timely order for some product that you need regularly. Now you have an ease of your mind by adding this product to our auto refill feature and we will make sure that your order is processed automatically after the duration of the period that you select. We will keep delivering this order to you periodically until you cancel the auto refill.

You can add a product to the auto refill feature in any one of the below two ways.

  • Place the initial order by using “auto refill” instead of “add to cart”.
  • Go to your order history in your account. From there locate the product from your history that you want to use this feature for and click on “auto refill” and follow the steps to successfully add the product to auto refill feature.

If there is any issue with your payment method on file, there will be a delay in processing such auto refill orders. In this case we will inform you about it and will process the order as soon as you update or provide us the necessary information.

You can edit the price/duration of your auto refill or cancel your auto refill orders by log in into your account

Auto Refill Terms & Conditions

By signing up with the Auto-Refill feature, you give us the permission to keep on file your billing information including (but not limited to) credit card details. You furthermore authorize us to use such billing information to charge your account on file in accordance with the frequency of the auto-refill orders that you have subscribed to. Any cancellation of the auto-refill feature must be made prior to the auto processing of your order as per the ordering frequency you select. Any refunds and/or cancellations of such a charge after the order has been processed will attract a fee. We will keep such billing information on file safe and secure all the time and will use only for the purpose of fulfilling your auto refill order. Once you unsubscribe to any such auto-refill order, your billing information on the file will be deleted permanently.
